Delete your Like Human account

You can ask Like Human to delete your Like Human app account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Accounts are created by the studio, so deletion is handled by the studio too.

How to request deletion

• Email niranjandhuri.11@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Like Human account”; or
• call +91-9687096979; or
• ask at the studio: 4th floor, Gokhale Corner, Mayur Colony, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything, so that no one else can delete your account.

What happens next

• Your app sign-in is disabled straight away, and you are signed out on all devices.
• Within 30 days we delete your profile, health history, assessments, measurements, training and nutrition records, reports, uploaded documents and photos.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoice and payment records for tax purposes, for as long as it requires, and then delete it.
• Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle; deleted data is not restored from them.

Deleting only some data

You can also ask us to delete specific items (for example progress photos or a lab report) or to withdraw a consent, without closing your account. Use the same contact details above.
